If you see this theme demo, you may be seen there is a section for sliders.

You can add sliders form the admin area. Navigate to Sliders > Add New Slider. Put the slider title in the title box, slider description in the content area, add slider button and Upload a featured image for the slider.

The Slider itself will look like bellow in the frontend of you site.
