If you see this theme demo, you may be seen there is a section for the team members.

You can add team members from the admin area. Navigate to Team > Add Team. Put the member title in the title box, designation in the Member’s Designation field, social share icons and Upload a featured image for the member.

Team Members itself will look like bellow in the front end of your site.
